So Sophia graduates from Kindergarten. It was bittersweet, and we teared up. I can't imagine us in 12 years at her high school graduation. She has learned so much this year, Sophia is a sponge and soaks up everything around her. We are very proud of her and she is super excited for first grade. You can view her dance routine on the video below. Poor thing feel off the monkey bars the day before and has a very sore arm!

Josephine's Preschool Program

Just another Day..............
Just another day with three kids. A wagon ride to the park (try pulling that wagon- talk about calorie burning!) and then playing outside in the back yard. The start of many afternoons in the backyard. Ahhh- can't wait for summer.

Mom Gets an Award at School
So, I had an issue this spring.... I sent off the fire alarms at school with my microwave popcorn skills. Not once, but twice. So the staff at Hinckley Elementary School thought it might be funny to give Mrs. Hopkins a special award at the All School Celebration. The kids had no idea what was going on, but my coworkers thought it was hilarious. I have to admit it was pretty funny... it's a good thing I can laugh at myself, because I have to do it a lot! Now- I'm not sure if my firefighter husband would think it so comical.

Easter 2009
We had a really great Easter. The kids woke up and found their baskets, we had breakfast together, went to church and then to Grammie and Papa's for an Easter Egg Hunt! Couldn't ask for better weather!
