Carson loves his new train table! Both he and the girls play with it constantly! Right now it is in the living room but will move to his bedroom when he moves out of his crib.

Twins Visit Hinckley Elementary

The MN Twins visit our Elementary School. Jason Kubel and Jesse Crain were the players and also baseball great Dan Gladden. And the kids' favorite TC bear. What fun! Now we are pumped to watch baseball in a new ball field!

Fashion Genius or Fashion Fopa?

"Mom, what can I wear today?" "Wear whatever you want to Joey..." And this is what she came up with. Is she genius or does she need a fashion lesson? You decide- I think it's original, and that what I love about Joey! She is so fun loving and carefree, she can get away with wearing whatever! Love ya peanut!

My Baby is TWO!

Carson Stats:

Favorite Food: Sliced red peppers, apples, oranges, dill pickle chips, hot dogs, grapes, popcorn. ( I just realized the last 3 things on the list he is not to have until 2 years old- oops- 3rd child syndrome!)

Favorite Toy: TRAINS!!! Balls and Cars

Carson's Story: About a week before he was born- I would have contractions all night and then they would stop right before the sun would rise! Needless to say I was exhausted from staying up all night and working all day. Finally, 2 am one VERY cold night I woke Brad and said it's time to go. Sure enough we got to the hospital and my contractions stopped! Luckily my doctor was on call and knew I was having lots of contractions all week and he kept me. They put me on pitocin to get the party started. It took all morning but Carson was finally born right before lunch. He was a laid back and easy going baby. He has grown to be an affectionate, curious, and head strong little boy. He makes us laugh and follows around his big sisters. Happy Birthday baby boy!

Three kids and a Dog......

BRRRRRR.......... This week has been VERY cold up north! But Sunday we found it warm enough to play outside for a bit. The kids don't mind. If I have on my long underwear, I don't mind either!

Happy New Year from the Hopkins'!

Happy New Year! We are excited to welcome the new year 2010! This year Sophia wants to learn how to sew, Joey can't wait for Kindergarten, God help us potty train Carson, Mommy is still on her weight loss journey, and Daddy is going to try not to loose his mind! We feel lucky to have our jobs, our health and most important each other. Daddy says "Time flies when your having fun" I say " Time flies when you're so busy with 3 children you don't remember yesterday!!" Bring it 2010!

Christmas Vacation Continues.....

Oh the fun continues and Grandma and Papa's house! Grandma Millie with all the grandkids, the kids showing off the scarves that grandma made them and Carson giving a face that makes him look like Uncle Ralphie!
