Just Another Night..........

Yup, this is how I spend my free time. Dressing up.... The girls put make up on Daddy, and they dress up Mommy. I can't lie- I love it. Mostly because the girls think it's so funny. I hope they will remember it- who am I kidding? I will be saving these pictures in my next scrapbook page. 

P.S. I know- I look fabulous in that hat!

Carson Eats Pasta!

The power has shifted in the Hopkins household. I have another pasta fan. So it's 4 to 1 and Dad is the only one who doesn't LOVE pasta. I was starting to get worried, Carson wasn't eating a lot of pasta- but now he is! He thinks those long noodles are pretty funny. And to be honest I know he likes the meat the best, but it is still a victory! Oh- and Grandma- Carson loves red peppers too- another favorite of the Hopkins girls.

Girls' Day- Disney On Ice

Me and my girls. March 7th 2009- Disney on Ice. What's better than hanging out with Sophia and Josephine? And I even got to see hunky Buzz Lightyear. We had 2nd row seats thanks to Daddy. A great day! 

Josephine The JellyBean is 4!

Well, Joey turns four today. I honestly can't believe it! Joey was born on a very sunny March afternoon. After a tough morning- she came very fast! I'll never forget the look on Brad's face because he almost had to catch her! He went out into the hall and shouted to the nurse, "excuse me, this baby is coming out!" So funny! She was born looking very much like her Daddy. Now ,she is a feisty affectionate four year old who has inherited her Daddy's quick wit. She makes me laugh daily and I can't imagine life without her. She is so special and we treasure her uniqueness. Happy Birthday Peanut!

Interview with Joey

Yeah, so Joey is a little hard to understand yet. But she has come so far this school year. Preschool is going well for her. She is such a cutie!

Sophia Reads to Grandma and Papa

Thank goodness for grandparents.... God knows I adore my children but if I had to listen to "Muff and Ruff" or "the Car" again I would go crazy! Two books Sophia is working on to read to her class. 

The Birthday Girls

I am so happy to share my birthday with Sophia. I  could do without turning older, but Sophia was so excited to turn 6. Even with all the drama of Carson in the hospital, I got cupcakes ready for school, a cake baked, and the house decorated in pink streamers! Now with Grandma and Papa coming this weekend and Aunt Cookie coming the next, her birthday will last longer! I do remember the blessed day Sophia came into this world. It was a long, long labor but she was so worth it! I really hope she will always thinks its cool to have the same birthday as her old mom! It is a bittersweet feeling to have your oldest child turn 6. So excited to see her get older but sad that she is no longer your baby! Oh well such is life........... Thanks for all the birthday gifts and calls. And of course special thanks to mom and dad who sang to me. What would my birthday be without being serenaded before the sun comes up!

Just another night at the Hopkins' house. Dress up time.  The girls have oodles of dress up clothes that they love to play with. And now Carson likes to dress up too. Now, I know what you're thinking, but he won't remember. He's only one. But I will save the pictures for his graduation party!
